After making the announcement about the West Bengal Students Credit Card Scheme, an online portal was developed by the NIC on 30th June 2021. The URL of the portal is wbssc.wb.gov.in. From the same date of development of the portal, it started accepting the online application form. Over which all the students who are getting the education in 10th class or above and permanently living in the state of West Bengal for more than 10 years, will be eligible to get the benefits under this scheme.
