West Bengal government started the Seva Setu Camp Abhiyan, also known as Jal Kalya Shivir, for the public. This single-window program connects central and state government schemes with their intended beneficiaries. This camp was initially organised in the month of June. After the 3 months, now again  Sewa Setu Camp is going to be organised again on 2nd, 3rd and 4th October 2026.

There are so many families in West Bengal who are eligible to take benefit of government schemes, but due to lack of knowledge and resources, the benefits of the schemes do not reach to the eligible persons. This is due to various reasons, like not submitting documents, incomplete forms or documents and KYC-related issues. Now the West Bengal government is organising camps known as the Seva Setu Camp Program or Jan kalyan shivir. This time, this shivie is going to be organised on 2nd, 3rd and 4th October.

The main motive behind the launch of this portal is to remove all the obstacles between schemes and beneficiaries. The benefits of all schemes will be provided at the same time and benefits will also be provided at the same time. These camps are organised at the Block and nagapalikas. You can check the camp location now on your laptop or Mobile phone by following a few steps:-

• To check this, you have to go to the main page of the portal jks.wb.gov.in.
• On the home page, you will see a section: Locate your Shivir.

• On this page, you will see the Shivir Schedule. This is another search box.
• You have to select the District name and select the Block/Local Body name from the list.
• Also select the GP/Ward name from the list.

• Now, within a few seconds, the complete list with District name, Block name, Shivir date, Venue, and Geo location will display on your screen. You can save this information or take a screenshot for future use.
