During the introduction of this program, he also directed all the field-level officials at all district and block levels to conduct the public meeting. This meeting can be held twice a week. West Bengal Janatar Darbar
To hear the problems and complaints of the general public in the state, the government of West Bengal introduced its new Janatar Darbar to address them quickly. Not only that, if you want to file any kind of complaint directly to the Chief Minister’s Office, you can also use their newly launched portal, i.e., the CMO Portal.

So the Janatar Darbar is held twice a week, i.e. Tuesday and Thursday, in their government offices, and they also make sure to solve all the public complaints quickly. Anyone can attend this meeting, because there is no registration is required before visiting here. Any citizen who has any kind of complaint or problems, they can attend this Janatar Darbar without any registration.

WB Janatar Darbar Timing, Date and Location
As I already told you, this program is held two time in every week. The same can be conducted in the concerned government offices of the field-level officials, i.e. District and Block Level. They all need to meet the public every Tuesday and Thursday. It will start on the same days from 10.30 am to 1.00 pm every day.
