What is the eligibility Criteria of the scheme?
All families or applicants who are interested in applying under this scheme, then they need to qualify the following eligibility conditions of the scheme.
- If you belong to the LIG income group, then your monthly salary must be Rs.15,000 or less than it from all sources.
- For the Middle Income group, the monthly income must be less than Rs.30,000/-.
- Families can be permanently residing in the state of West Bengal.
- There is no pucca house or flat available in the name of the applicant or any of his family members.
- You can be an inhabitant of the district of the state where the housing project is going to be implemented.
- From each of the family, only one applicant can apply for only one housing unit in this scheme.
- If you have already got the flats in this scheme, then you are not able to apply again for other housing projects going to be implemented in any other district of the state.
