With the big announcement, the West Bengal Government implemented their scheme in favour of Tea Garden worker of the scheme. The scheme is introduced with its official title, i.e. West Bengal Tea Worker Welfare Scheme (Pradhan Mantri Cha Shramik Protsahan Yojana). They not only announced this scheme but also Rs.313 crore for the welfare of the targeted beneficiaries.   • Tea Garden workers Health Care Scheme: Among Rs.313 Crore, 72 Crore rupees is going to be used to upgrade all the health care facilities of the state. The medical services are robust in the area of tea gardens.
  • West Bengal Tea Garden worker Ashray Yojana: Amount, i.e. 63 Crore, is going to be used for the construction of 321 resting sheds. In which 88 resting shed going to be constructed in Hills area and 233 in the plain area.

Step 2: Once you are registered as a Tea Garden Worker as a registered employee, then you get your Registered Employee ID Card as a Tea Garden worker.
